We’re gathering our companies for Winter Weekend, January 15–17, at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, Texas. From the first hello to the main attractions, here’s everything you need to make the most of your weekend.

Event Policies to Note

Cancellation

Attendance at Winter Weekend is required. If you RSVP and later cancel, you may be asked to reimburse the company for nonrefundable costs.

Nonrefundable costs may include hotel accommodations, food, and other weekend expenses.

  • Before Dec. 18: No cancellation fee
  • Dec. 18 – Jan 1: $100 per person
  • Jan 1 and after: $200 per person
  • No-shows: $200 per person

If you need to cancel, please email employeeexperience@betenbough.com as soon as possible.

Company Credit Card Use

Company credit cards may be used only for leader-organized team-building meals or activities arranged in advance for your team.

If you use a company card for an approved team event, please keep the itemized receipt and include the event name, date, business purpose, and attendee list.

Alcohol- and Drug-Free Policy

Our alcohol- and drug-free workplace policy applies throughout Winter Weekend.

Tobacco-, E-Cigarette-, and Vape-Free Policy

Winter Weekend is a tobacco-, e-cigarette-, and vape-free company event.
